It was an immediate success because, as the famous gastronome Jean- anthelme Brillet- Savatin said, it was "the first to combine the four essentials of elegant room, smart waiters, a choice cellar, and superior.

Once upon a time there was a little village. In that little village there is a man named Antoine Beavilliers who opened the first 'real' restaurant in Paris. The chef also known as "The King of Chefs, and the Chef of Kings, Careme joined the restaurant. James Beard heard about the restaurant and who was working there so he created his first televised cooking show with Antoine and Careme. When Amelia saw that James had a show and Antoine opened up his first restaurant she decided to write and publish her own cook book. This young man named Escoffier created the kitchen Brigade System, and he thought it would be an great idea to start the system with Beauvilliers in his reataurant. Before they actually started the system James realized can't no one cook. How can he produce a show if no one can cook? How can Amelia write and publish her cook book if there is no recipes? How could all of this be possible. Wait yelled Roth would anybody like to join my Culinary Institute of America? Yes yelled James, Amelia, Antoine, Escoffier, Careme. Once everyone learned how to cook everyone was satisfied. The firsy restaurant was M.Boulanger. When Amelia realized that she did not create the very first cookbook she noticed it was Apicius who created the words oldest surviving cookbook.(it is considered the very first cook book.) When all of the restaurants was in business Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin decided that the restaurants needed a food critic so he became one. I wonder why no one has ever heard of De Medici because she was known as the 'mother of French haute cuisine' now that her name is out every goes to visit her more than anyone else.In this little village there were restaurant's, Culinary Institutes, cookbooks and many more things that was created in this village that made it happy.

Once upon a time in the foodservice industry there was a man name M.Boulanger who created the first restaurant. He had been helped by Escoffier who created the Kitchen Brigade System to help keep everyone in their place in the kitchen. He also was helped by Apicius to help with the recipes. Across town there was Antoine Beauvilliers who opened up the first real restaurant. Beauvilliers consulted James Beard to help promote his buisness on James's cooking show. M.Boulanger heard about Beauvillier's doings and talked to Roth and Angell about opening up the Culinary Insitute and put him as his head chef. Careme was devastated when he heard this from his dear friend that Boulanger was the head chef since he was the King of Chefs. De Medici, the neighborhood eyes, got everyone together to settle their differences. Amelia Simmons, her granddaughter contactedd Savarin so that he could taste the two restaurant's food. Savarin gave everyone a good critic and they all lived happily ever after.

They used to have to hunt for their food or fish, but nowadays we have fast food restauraunts and high class expensive restauraunts. We now also have grociery stores where we can buy how ever much food we want to, cook, serve, and give. Their are also now cooking shows which escof'e was the first to create, and now we have even more advanced cooking shows.

So the young man found out things like the name of the very first restaurant to get ideas of a name of the restaurant and also the feel of The very first restaurant in the world. It was opened in Paris in 1765. A tavern keeper, Monsieur Boulanger, served a single dish -- sheep’s feet simmered in a white sauce. The man thought of the positions that he would need like the chef , sous chef and other kinds of chefs. he startedoff with the feel of the restaurants by having modern day decor. When heopened the restaurant he lacked support of workers. People enjoyed the food but there wasnt enough seating. So one day this owner had to tried to make a deal with local people that he knew. When Amelia realized that she did not create the very first cookbook she noticed it was Apicius who created the words oldest surviving cookbook.(it is considered the very first cook book.) When all of the restaurants was in business Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin decided that the restaurants needed a food critic so he became one
