    The food industry has changed a lot the past couple of years. I remember when gas stoves were used to cook food. There was no section for you to input how long the food should cook. If you wanted to time your food, you would have to buy a separate timer. Electrical stoves are more update. You can input your own temperature unlike a gas stove where you turn the dial to a certain temperature. The food service industry has changed a lot from years ago.
